The first two Assassin’s Creed III DLC packs, “The Hidden Secrets” and “The Battle Hardened” are now available for download for the Wii U through the Nintendo eShop.
The Hidden Secrets DLC includes three extra missions, including the Lost Mayan Ruins, the Ghost of War and a Dangerous Secret. A total of an hour of gameplay for the three missions.
Gamers will also receive:
- New in-game weapons for each successful mission completion.
- Two single-player costumes: Captain of the Aquila uniform and the Colonial Assassin outfit.
- Two multiplayer characters: a Redcoat and a Sharpshooter.
The Battle Hardened pack includes three multiplayer maps including Charlestown, Fort St-Mathieu and Saint Pierre.It also includes three multiplayer characters including the influential Governor, the resilient Highlander and the fearsome Coyote Man.
These two first DLC packs are already available for Xbox 360, PS3 and PC.
Future AC3 DLC includes “The Tyranny of King Washington”, an alternate history of the events following the American Revolution. A power hungry George Washington has declared himself King and a new hero called Ratohnhaké:ton must return freedom to the young America. It will be a three part single-player campaign told through a trilogy of DLC packs.
